All those companies in Ibadan are more than the number of companies (including roadside cobblers) located in all the states in the yeast combined. What yeebos consider as development is having ten 419 sons build fine houses in the same town. They fly drones over these to show how developed their cities (sorry, villages) are.
Houses that are not up to the ones in Ibadan.

You just like to muddle everything up so people will not know that Ibadan city only is more developed than the entire Igboland.

You are frightened for the whole Igboland to go sector by sector with Ibadan city only. cheesy

Everybody already knows that a place like Ibadan that has the highest number of GRAs in Nigeria can only be beaten by Lagos and Abuja because they also have a lot of infrastructures.
After these 2 places especially Lagos, there is no other place that can beat Ibadan.

If you are man or any Igbo man, woman or sympathizer who is bold and man enough, let us compare infrastructures in the whole of Igboland against Ibadan city in ....

You are just posting random dustbin somewhere. I am saying that the whole of Ibadan is slum and mud houses. I am not posting the filth yet but the regular housing pattern in the city

That is informative but if this is the whole Ibadan, where are the more than 9 GRAs,the numerous malls and the 5 mega malls, the research centres, estates, stadia, universities, companies, road network etc.

You go school at all?

Do you know the role of Central bank in a country?

CBN is only responsible for the monetary policies of the Government. This involves increasing Liquidity or decreasing Liquidity to control inflation and act as bank to other banks. cheesy

Since when is CBN responsible for estimating GDP figures

They are not a statistical analysis institution. cheesy

Yorubas do not even have time for that but maybe somebody will do that for Ibadan one day so we can shut the Igbos up. Just maybe 5 GRAs will do the trick grin

They know Ibadan is more developed but will rather focus on the old part which was built before my grand grand parents.I hope govt does something about that place. It is an eyesore.

Im highly disappointed with the pictures I'm seeing from both regions. Please we should stop this silly game of dick measuring and get working. This is the 21st century and all we are still bragging with roads and hotels.
We Lets drop this our tribalism and get to work
We have so much work to do
Enough said
Re: Visual Story Of Two Of The Largest Commercial Cities In Southern Nigeria (video) by BlueBanana: 1:40pm On May 06, 2020
I'm going through this thread and I can't help but be fucking annoyed with you guys. We are here comparing regions, flooding the thread with deplorable structures and roads and calling it development. Visit other cities around the world like Johannesburg, Amsterdam, London Berlin, Paris and see what development is all about.
We still have so much work to do as a country yet we are distracted with petty tribalism and ethno-religious bigotry.
It's time for us to work as a country.

Education...Anambra male and female score 139 to gain admission in federal schools while Oyo scores male and female score 127. Meaning Oyo is not only educationally disadvantage, Anambra females are more educated and smarter than Oyo male students.

The full list of cut-off marks for the 36 states and FCT in the 2018 academic session will perplex any optimist in the unity arrangement actually. Abia 130; Adamawa 62; Akwa-Ibom 123; Anambra 139; Bauchi 35; Bayelsa 72; Benue 111; Borno 45; Cross River 97; Delta 131; Ebonyi 112; Edo 127; Ekiti 119; Enugu 134; Gombe 58; Imo 138; Jigawa 44; Kaduna 91; Kano 67; Katsina 60; Kebbi 9 (male) 20 (female); Kogi 119; Kwara 123; Lagos 133; Nasarawa 58; Niger 93; Ogun 131; Ondo 126; Osun 127; Oyo 127; Plateau 97; Rivers 118; Sokoto 9 (male) 13 (female); Taraba 3 (male) 11 (female); Yobe 2 (male) 27 (female); Zamfara 4 (male) 2 (female) and FCT Abuja 90.

Housing...
The joke is on you here... I wont indulge you here. Igbos real estate prowess to which anambra men are at the fore front, is know all over nigeria. Ask fashola for Lagos and El rufai in Abuja.

GRAs, what the Bleep is GRA? government reserved areas( low cost and affordable homes? we don't need that. we don't depend on government. We build organically and they are finer than GRAs or any MF estates

Stadia..
Lolz, no only that every local government in Anambra state has a stadium, some villages and communities have theirs privately, plus the ones built by private individuals...Shame no dey catch una iswear...

Research centers,
The ones to cornered to yourself during the military era when you were proving your slave status to the military leadership? Come what did you drink this morning? By the way, to answer your question, they are not owned by your government or communities. and aside, many of those working there are non indigenes, and how does it impact on your standard of living? how have they contributed to eradicating the brown roof in Ibadan? has its stopped the decay and decline in the southwest social standards? has itm stopped the begging in Ibadan? you see why most of your intellectuals are failures and cant match the Okonjos, Soludos, Bart Nnaji etc. why has it not mapped out a strategy or policy of liberating you from slavery and your Fulani masters in Ilorin. You better face oluwole, you will do better there than in the research institution....yeye dey smell.

Skyscrapers,...
Oh you mean dead and functionally and economically unproductive cocoa house in the midst of a slum? you must be a kid.

Road network etc,.....
Which road abeg? you obviously are a local untraveled afonja. you don't even have half good roads of the roads in northern states.

Let me add Airport, Transport and Hotelling

Owerri airport is the 4th busiest airport in Nigeria, am sure you know what that means? In the top ten list, Imo, Enugu and asaba come as 4th, 6th and 7th, despite the close proximity of these states... Meanwhile Ebonyi and Anambra states are building theirs as well.

A whole cocoa and kolanut farm cant even sustain one airport despite its skyscrapper, big industries and IGR(yeye dey smell). Asaba airport alone is more productive than a combination of Akure and Ibadan airports..Shame no dey catch una?

How many pan Nigerian transport companies do you have? add all the hotels in Ibadan, Akure, oshogbo and Ado ekiti, Owerri will swallow them in number and quality of service.

Ibadan will floor Lagos, Nairobi will be glittery...SMH!!

Down IBADAN Animal farm.

Fun facts about Igbos and Igboland.

You just like to muddle everything up so people will not know that Ibadan city only is more developed than the entire Igboland.

You are frightened for the whole Igboland to go sector by sector with Ibadan city only.
