I will try to make this as brief as possible.

I shipped some items from China via choice logistics, shipment was moved out of their China Guangzhou warehouse on the 23rd of March, 2020 and arrived Nigeria airport on the 5th of May, 2020. Since then I've been waiting for the lockdown to end to receive my goods.

Eventually, I was informed last weekend that choice logistics had gone to the airport to pick the goods on Saturday April 25th and another batch on Monday April 27th, 2020 aftter which I've been waiting patiently for the lockdown to be eased to receive my goods.

On Monday 4th of April, I was informed by one of their staffs in their Lagos Island warehouse that my goods was ready, I told him to send me the bill and their dollar exchange rate, he did and I made payment for the shipment I to their sterling bank account, then I sent someone to pickup the parcel from, they were unable to produce the goods, gave excuse that goods were many and they couldn't search for it and we should come the next day, on Tuesday 5th, 2020 the below pictures were sent to me that my goods were stolen and they had lodged a complain to their office in China, I was angry, why then did you collect shipping fee from me knowing well that my goods were stolen.

Please I need good advice as to how to go about this, this is my first experience.

So how was this case eventually resolved??
I was thinking of using them but on carrying out research I've been seeing only negative reviews.

Please, how many choice logistics are there? I am confused because I also use them and their account for payment is Zenith bank and not Sterling bank, the account name is also different from the one I use for payment.

I really feel for you because I know the pain of watching your hard earned money wasted like this.
I think the first thing you do is go down on your knees, cry to God yo direct your steps on this journey to recovery so that you will be favored.
Then, hire a badass Lawyer ( though it will cost u) to write to them at first to review & compensate you, I will be praying and rooting for you, that they cooperate.
But if eventually, they fail to comply
You can proceed to sue them for damages.
Its not going to be easy but with God all things are possible, put him first to take charge.
Subsequently, when you are ready yo do business again, consider insurance for your goods, its very important because assuming you have one, you file d report to them, they will follow up with Choice for you so that they won't be d ones paying for the damages.

Guy go to their facebook page and call them out. I hate nonsense. Expose this attitude on their page so that they can adjust.

Used them for over 4 years, not a reliable company. Their partners in Nigeria are Chrisnak Ventures. It's a case of two bad heads.

As a rule of thumb Mr. Rilwan NEVER make payment to an individuals account. Always pay to company account.

I use fortress, it's still Chrisnak but the service is a bit bette than Choice
