I dont why People Stress themselves.This life is too short but Life is good.There are a lot of things to consider when

put a lot of things in our minds.We need it to face out many things.Some worry to much but we need to relax and

forgetting about the past because our past is irrelevant,face Today and plan ahead for the Future.The future is bright.

Stress can not be avoided in our environment but we can do much to take excess stress out of our bodies.

Stress is normal within your body's tolerance level, but the excess is ABNORMAL

Stress is a deadly silent killer that creeps into your life without you knowing.


Many do not know how to identify their body's warning signals of excess stress.

they ignore the warning, become so familiar with it until it takes a heavy toll on their health and end up in hospital.

stress is the direct major cause of high BP and it has a proven triangular relationship with diabetes and hypertension.

To avoid sudden death, you must know your body's stress tolerance levels and what to do to take the excess out.

There's a lot to know about stress.

You must know the 'maths of your life' which are the various health numbers which determine whether you are truly in good health or will kick the bucket in the next hour!.
