I have been trying to post a video on instagram from my laptop. Of course I did upload it through IGTV; and it shows well from the laptop.

But when I try to view it from my mobile phone the full video won't show... The sides (left and right are cut off), I only see the images in the Centre.

I have used all the right resolutions and frame rate, both landscape and portrait, yet same thing.

I'm worried that if others view the video from their phones, it won't be full just the way it appeared on mine.

Please, what's your trick for posting a fitting and perfect video on instagram?

Is there any software that people use to make it easier?

How do you post videos, stories and photos effortlessly on instagram? What is the exact frame rate, resolution etc. That you use.

Once I load ur video on instagram there's a small icon u click that wil automatically frame ur video fitted to screen without u having issue ...
