Wow! What exactly brings them back to this failed country? If I ever had the opportunity, corona virus isn't a reason to rush back to this country that has no plan whatsoever for its citizens. All the best to them all.

Welcome back to the heart of hell itself brethren

I sometimes wonder if they forgot what made them travel in the first.
God ehn, if you help me get visa, I promise not even covid 19 will make me come back to the zoo again.
I understand your situation, but you must also understand that not all Nigerians are in a helpless situation like you, there're Nigerians who live in Nigeria and also can afford travelling abroad on shopping, holidays and business and then return back. They're not so poor as to runaway and never come back.

They left the frying pan to fire.

UK isn’t safe, Nigeria is worse (we have been seeing the manifestation).

I believe these people have got the intention of coming to Nigeria before, COVID19 or not.

So you believe that some people were repatriated.

Maybe those who are already settled but wants to come home to excape infection.

They are UK legal residents so they can always go back.

So why cant you atleast think before posting....There are over 5000 Nigerian students in UK Universities and the Universities in the UK
are closed untill further notice by September 2020,
some of these people on that plane are students. They just cant remain in UK and be wasting
money on Rent and expenses which may cost them over 700 pounds sterling a month plus other living expenses.

This situation has made it very difficult for Nigeria Students abroad especially the ones in North America and Europe.

Then you have Nigerians that went to UK for Business, Short Courses from their Workplace, Tourist, to see family etc...they just cant remain in UK with
everything virtually shut down....

So think before you post...one would have thought with access to instant information and knowledge most of us nigerians will post
rationally but that is not just the case "smh"

Why will they leave the UK for Nigeria?

Don't tell me " because of COVID".

If your a Nigerian University Student in the UK and all UK Uni's are shut down untill further notice in Sept 2020 and you are paying Unite Student
rent of 600 pounds plus a month plus over expenses
and everything is virtually shut down, why will you stay in UK and waste your money
and time with no school and the social and economic life is running at Gear 1.

What about Nigerian business people that went for business and those that went for short course and those that went to see family
or when for tourism or any other valid reason that do not leave in UK, are they to remain their indefinitely.

Haba my People make una use brain and think before una post!!!

One of my brother arrived from Nigeria to the UK last night. He arrived exactly 12.30 am this morning. Hail and healthy. He said that he enjoyed Nigeria despite COVID 19 palaba. That Nigeria is a nice place to be if you have your money. That he will go back shortly to think of what to do after COVID 19 lock down.

I wonder what they are coming to do here

They are Nigerian Citizens who had no rights to live and enjoy unlimited access to UK palliatives during this COVID-19 crisis.
