Most of the time in church and other christian religious gathering i hear Close yours eyes to pray. Is it compulsory to close our eyes while we pray? |

No. Keeping your eye close keep you focus and help to avoid distractions. You can open your eyes and pray if you like. |

It does not matter whether you pray with your eyes open or closed. Either way, you are still wasting your time. |
