Due To The Current Coronavirus Spreading Globally, Uber Drivers May Experience Tougher Days, As Most Institutions And Social Events Have Been Closed Down For The Moment

An Uber Driver, By Name Wakwe John Victor, Have Taken To An Facebook Uber Forum, To Trigger Off A Conversation On How Tough The Job Is Going To Be This Period Of Covid-19.

In His Post He Opened The Eyes Of His Fellow Drivers And Make Them To Know That It Not Going To Be Business As Usual And He Listed Out Some Factors To Back Up His Claims.

According To Him, 30% Of The Rider Are Afraid Of Coming Out Of Their House,40% Of Your Rider Are Broke,10% Working From Home,10 To 20% Lost Their Job, 30% Have Not Been Paid Their Salary.

John Went Further To Say That Even School, Like UniLag Is Closed, LASU Closed, Laspotech Closed Also Various Coaching Centers Are Closed. He Went Ahead To List Some Other Places That Are Closed.

John Said,

“We Should Be Expecting Tougher Days Ahead. How Do You Want To Be Getting Requests Like Before When:
30% Of Your Ride Ours Are Afraid Of Coming Out Of Their House.
40% Of Your Rider Are Broke
10% Working From Home
10 To 20% Lost Their Job
30% Have Not Been Paid Their Salary
Unilag Closed
LASU Closed
Laspotech Closed
Various Coaching Centers Closed.
Bars Closed
Clubs Closed
Event Centers Closed
