Bill Gate Must Be Ashamed As First African Country Is Covid-19 Free by Gjrich(m): 8:41pm On May 12, 2020
Africa is now smiling broadly after realising that they can overcome Covid-19. The west predicted that the virus was going to affect the motherland Africa the worst, according to American billionaire Bill Gates. Jubilation is now enveloping the entire continent after the first country has been declared free of covid-19.

Mauritius is the first country in Africa to be free of covid-19. With a total population of 1.2 million, The small country of Mauritius has now fully recovered from the coronavirus. The state had its first case of the virus on March 18 2020, and in the course of just two months, the virus had left its soil.

The country now has 100% recovery from the active cases recorded ten deaths out of 332 infected with no new evidence at the time of writing this article.

This is a big stride for the country and African continent at large. Since the pandemic hit the world, there is no single country that has fully recovered like Mauritius.

If statistics are anything to go by, the following countries will come out of the woods like Mauritius in a few days.

These countries include:-

Eritrea: The country has 39 cases of infection 38 recoveries one active case and zero deaths.

Gibraltar: The country so far has 147 infections confirmed 143 recoveries, only seven active cases and zero deaths.

Thank God for mauritius! NCDC, pls stop escalating the figures because of monetary gain. My little cousin broke her leg, was taken to the hospital for dressing and treatment. Guess what was written in the receipt? Covid 19 discharged. The mom tried to protest but they asked her to calm down, that's the new protocol.
