Is it a tradition in Nigeria,or a ritual rite that pass on from a Nigerian generation to the other.since I was born people always say up nepa up till now people are still saying up nepa.whats is so unique about the word that make it so common among Nigerians.

You know we don't regularly have electricity in nigeria so whenever we see it we always get excited.
