If you don’t know something please seek more knowledge. The NWC is the only legal body to write INEC and inform them their mode of primary. The direct primary is when the posters of the candidates are pasted and party members line up behind their preferred candidate, the results will be announced there immediately and this is what will happen in the whole wards of the state. You’re just comparing to different situations. Edo will go the same way of Ogun and Imo. INEC will not recognize the primary that will be conducted by the state APC. What happened in Zamfara and Rivers states is not about primaries but about state party congress that produced the delegates that voted at the party indirect primaries. The NWC has avoid that issue by recommending direct primary and that means all the APC members will choose the party flag bearers including the factions. So far you’re a registered APC member you will vote in the primary. That’s where Obaseki will lose out because he can’t buy all the voters.

Section 13 of the APC constitution gave the NWC the power to organize the primaries for Presidential, Governorship,National and state assembly election. The state party only have the power to organize primaries into local government elections. Obaseki lost out.
