Greetings from this side to everyone,i seriously need help on how to retrieve my bitcoin account. i am using a blockchain wallet and i have tried every way but it seems not be getting any headway. i forgot my password because it's been months since i last opened the account and i can't remember where i wrote down the 12 word phrase which is like another way in.. Can anyone help me out on what step to take aside the ones i have tried... 1 Like |

maybe I can help you but I need more info from you 1 did you still have access to the email registered with the wallet? 2 which system did u used in registering ( eg android phone window phone laptop)? 3 can u remembered the password used in registering? 4 have u ever update your password before now 1 Like |

there is only one option to get it back if you used Google Chrome to register may have help you to store it check if u can get it from there don't known how Google this (Viewing saved passwords in Google Chrome) good luck 1 Like 1 Share |
