2 Timothy 2:14 says,  Keep reminding God’s people of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen.
vs 23 also says,  Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels.
Op, please edit the arguments are allowed talk out of your post. It is against the character of the Holy Spirit to engage in arguments. If you find yourself engaging in any argument no matter how good your intentions are, rebuke that spirit and repent from such actions.

But stephen made debates with the jews, i knw it leads to conflicts. And it was said that paul made arguments with the gentiles

Psalms 69:29-31
29. But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
30.I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
31.This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
