What could be the cause of underdevelopment in igboland.

The underdevelopment in NE is negligible because of insurgency.

Igbos have the second lowest igr
Poverty capital of southern Nigeria

Millions of Igbo youths are leaving en Mass in search of greener pasture.

The population of Igbos outside SE is almost double of those inside.

What is the way out?

I don't really know how old you are but I will lay down a marker:

Life is like a stage dominated by protagonists with villains trying to chip away at the strides of the trailblazer...

It is obvious that we Igbos are the protagonists...people who make things happen.

We have since resolved to embrace the responsibility that comes with the territory of leading the charge.

On the flip side, we have people like you and your I'll....

You and your co-travelers bring nothing to the table.

Your sole preoccupation is petty envy and trying, albeit in futility, to throw spanners in the works in order to slow down or undermine the momentum of the Igboman.

You can't be alone...Thousands, if not millions of people like you wake up in the middle of the night with an Igbo-breakthrough-induced nightmare.

When are you going to lead NIGERIA?

None of your cities can make Top 6 most Developed in Nigeria.

You haven't rule NIGERIA.

Despite being the third most populous, Igbo folks are still regarded as second class citizens.

Alaigbo doesn't attract foreign investors.

Youths are leaving igboland in search of greener pasture.

What is now the essence of bragging?

When are we going to have a Tier 1 city in igboland.

I don't understand what is happening here.
People seem to be confusing Enugu state with Enugu City .
Mmaku town is not part of Enugu city, it's a rural town, it's even close to Abia-Enugu border. Ngwo town is also not part of Enugu city, it's in Udi LGA. It's equivalent in South West will be dotted with mudhouses.

Additionally, Google Earth images are misleading.
A drone image or video should be better. And from drone videos and images I have seen here, SE cities are miles better.

Furthermore, open markets in Eastern cities seem to have brown roofs, obviously because it's not residential and people don't care about its aesthetics.
Mr. Man what are you saying?
Enugu as a size of 2,765 sq mi, while Ibadan has 2,600 sq mi almost the size of entire Enugu. Ok you said Enugu city with the size of 215 sq mi is all developed while Ibadan has a develop area of 1,190 sq mi 5times the size of Enugu city not to talk of the developed side of Oyo.
