The biting of wires help them because their teeth keep growing so they tend to curb it by biting on things. If not checked, the teeth can be grown out if shape.

When I don chop belleful, I’m thinking of having a dog as a pet but not all those big aggressive dogs, will be starting with either Lhasa or Eskimo then when I understand their nature, I can now move to bigger dogs like GS or Rott.

The dog will jokingly kill the rabbit. They kill them in the course of playing with them. I've had similar experience 3x so I can relate. Don't even think about it, except o ly if u choose to keep the rabbit in a cage where the dog won't have access to.

I can't use a cane or a stick. Rabbits have very fragile bones. I use a broom stick for flogging and it's behind the ears. Rabbits can be stubborn if not controlled early. I can comfortably sleep with 5 of my trusted rabbits without fear of wires or bed frames being devoured WHY? they know right from wrong least I can do is keep a short 2*2 for them to gnaw on

It is a pet and very cute,though at times it has boils which later do open and bring out thick abscesses,happened to it twice but she is fine now,no vet around here and one I saw is about dogs

now for de worming we have natural dewormers bitter leaf, scent leaf, paw paw leaf and plantain leaf (diarrhea). Then for antibiotics make use of ginger, garlic and tumeric grate them together then put in a plastic bottle with little water allow it to soak for a day or some hours. Each day give two shots (morning and night) of the cap to the rabbit induce it in the water if it refuses look for a syringe and induce it orally that should be about 10ml.

For synthetic drugs via deworming I make use of mebendazole a little fragment of it one tab can be used twice morning and night. That's all

Note there are no rabbit drugs in Nigeria. You'd have to be careful when doing the drug thing more reason you will be advised to use natural except in extreme cases

The swell on your rabbit is it on the paws. Is your rabbit staying in a wire mesh cage
