RACISM

BY: Sulyman Adam Opeyemi (The TalkingPen)

Difference in melanin and culture and heritage
Difference in economy and political power defines superiority
We’re humanity different races from a father

Murky cloud as canopied human’s brain
To define superiority amongst themselves
Does God have inferior material to create anyone?

For economically they’re powerful
Politically they controlled the world
They looked down on their lower counterparts

They subjected them to vicious dealing from onset
Exploit them of their resource and still gagged them from speaking
From this they grew to become masters, ain’t they thieves?

They’ve embedded in their generation blood
The trait of feeling superior
For they think black should be rule over

They said blacks quintessential to apes and bulls
For that, presiding over them is a must
But they forget many blacks brain have been stole by them to developed them

Their memory lines are ephemeral to remember
That the exploitation of blacks has driven them up there
That blacks are sources of their greatness

The home of modern democracy
Where they still gagged and censor saying of some races
Are they truthfully what they called themselves?

A ride back home
Ain’t we worth what we’re subjected to?
Perhaps, we’re portrayed to them like that

Bless we’re in our fatherland
With the required perquisite to become successful
But unfortunately for blacks, leaders aren’t their luck

Perhaps, if we grow economically
And politically we stand out among the world
Mayhaps we may spare off these ruthless killings

Mayhaps we’d be respected around the globe
Perhaps our glory can be recovered
Maybe if we do off been ‘beggarly’ to them

Maybe if we develop our countries without their intervention
Perhaps our dignity will be restore
Maybe we won’t be mortify again, if begin to change from home
