The OP is not telling the whole truth, I mean which school ever withdraws it student just for carrying one course no matter the department. Its unheard of, the worst case is for you to repeat but not withdrawn from the department. OP there is something you are not telling us because the story does not rhyme with reality.
Even lautech, if you are in medicine, if you fail a single course, even if it is zero unit course, like one library 101 or so, it is automatic withdrawal from medicine

Of course you are out of luck, I sympathize, I hope that something will help you. If you can, try another medical school. At the moment, a doctor is a prestigious profession. Many people take courses, but they have no idea how difficult and time-consuming it is. Think about your future and whether you really want to go to medical school. At the moment, many people can be expelled from medical schools just because they do not want to study. I know that in the Caribbean people are not kicked out for this, they are allowed to sit there and at the same time try to put some knowledge into the student. If it is so easy to expel students somewhere, then in the Caribbean you will not be expelled. Here's why go to med school in the caribbean.

Aha! grin It's clearer to me now. That explains the neighbourhood cat in your pic profile. Yup... "Ologbo" in Yoruba means "Cat." Go figure! You're also a "cat with 9 lives." Take care.

I have a similar problem. I bitterly decided to dropout of OAU 1 year ago in my final year due to the problems I was facing which had started affecting me academically. I had outstanding courses which would lead to extra year. I'm fit back to continue and I'm reconsidering going back to continue but I want to do transfer to psychology. But there's one problem, I registered courses which I could not do the exams and that has led to my studentship being on PROBATION. I don't know what to do after a year of leaving school without taking Leave of Absence. I need your advice on this

Hi Uche. I followed your case that year, that period. I care to know about you. How is your case today? How is life treating you currently?
