I lost close to 900k to this fraud 9years Ago or so

Is there a way we can come together to action a case against this company for recovery? Mine is more than 800k and since 2011. I gave their form to a lawyer and he said the clauses are in their favour but if we can come as a group maybe we can have a case.??

These people have been harassing my husband and also called me too. They sent a message in exactly the same format that I have won a voucher Bla Bla Bla.
I had to search them out here cos it is getting too much. These calls started as far back as 2011 then rested and resumed again now.

I don't have time to waste or scarce resource tto throw away in this covid period. They should keep their voucher and presentation. Barawo people..

Now I see how daft some people can be. A vulture has no biz with a barber's shop. If u were broke and could not afford the membership, must u come on this platform and make an exhibition of yourself? You claim it is a scam so why have u not called the police to arrest them and why is the company still making waves in holiday packages in Nigeria? Well, I am a member of the club and I can tell u it is not a scam at least I travel with my membership with them. I went for their presentation and cos I could afford the membership, my wife and I joined and r benefitting. I wonder what you guys would be saying if HTC were to be a political party. My advice To u guys is that u should be careful what u say about people's biz cos u don't know what others will say about yours. They do their presentation and give u a cost if u r interested but the company does not compell anyone to join.

This company as been calling me over 6 months that I won a voucher but I don't know why my mind is not tru with dem, even my wife didn't like d invitation. I was even message again yesterday and I decided to do research about them. Too bad reviews

Thanks nairaland. You are a life saver. They have been disturbing me for a month now saying I won a voucher and that I should come for their presentation with my wife to claim it. I was skeptical initially but they were persistent with their calls so I decided to go tomorrow. I just said let me search them on nairaland and from what I am reading here, they aren’t seeing my back. Thanks nairaland for saving my precious time that I would have wasted.

So these companies are still stealing pens, and the government should do something about them. They just called me now after over 4 years

I got a call today from one of their agents, one Chisom lady, and the desperation in the so called 'congratulatory call' was so obvious that my instincts immediately told me that this is scam.

She sent me an SMS afterwards, and here goes;

The calls from them has been too desperate for my liking, I was scheduled for Tuesday, I deliberately refused to go with my wife, then they call again I should come on Saturday since I gave an excuse that I have important things on weekdays. I just received another call, to confirm if I am around their office. The red flags are too much and very easy for me to spot. it is only a desperado that is likely to fall for this. I have travelled to countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa, I don't need any pressure from anyone to get anywhere. I fine make una leave o.
