I am wondering if the recently created gazette by Governor Godwin Obaseki banning political gathering except at the stadium affect the PDP ward and local government Congress slated for 8th and 15th of June 2020, to select delegates for their gubernatorial primaries. This is because the ward congress is supposed to hold at the 192 wards simultaneously in Edo state. please, your honest contributions.
