All these things are just for formalities and for the cameras. The racism and discrimination we're talking about that's more dangerous is the institutionalised and mental racism. The racism that prevents the black guy from getting equal justice bad treatment in the court of law. The racism that prevents the black guy from aspiring for the top positions. The racism that stops the black guy from getting the position even though he might be more qualified than the whites. The system that have created an unwritten rules for the black guys to be washing dishes and cleaning toilets even when they're qualified to be cooks and managers .
