WHat i thnk you should fear are people like FRSC and the VIO.The nigerian police will only take money and if u are used to them, you will be good but those other two, They give you tickets and even tow your vehicle to their office and secretariat(for VIO) and then you pay a lot unlike the 200 or 1000 of the police. Am always confident with all of them, cos my papers are always ok and am always on seat belt. But i never knew that fire extinguisher had an expiry date, the day i discovered i had to bribe the road safety officer with my last 1k after beggin for 30mins cos i couldn't afford them holding my papers 2 states away from home.
