Hon Samuel Terungwa Orkende Gisa (STOG) promise to change the game in Kwande East(Ikyurav ya/Turan) State constituency of the Benue State house of assembly come 2023, his constituency has been waiting for many years to come out and represent them. At the moment, more than 30 organised groups are meeting to work out modalities towards his election come 2023.
STOG as his popularly called, is a development worker for more than 10 years, he has helped his community in different ways.
