Bro, IT'S ONE OF THE NEW LOCAL COUNCIL(LCDA) IN OSUN, CREATED BY AREGBESOLA'S ADMINISTRATION. INFACT, NO CHAIRMANSHIP. IT'S COUNCILORSHIP BY WHICH CHAIRMAN AND OTHER EXECUTIVES ARE CHOSEN BY VOTES AMONG THE COUNCILORS. More like parliamentary system of Government.
I DON'T KNOW IF OYETOLA'S ADMINISTRATION HAS REVERSED THIS THOUGH.
