None of us can accurately tell the history of any religion. The reason is because other religion demands self recognition and worshippers and this has caused so many false priests (across various religions) to demarket or water down the efficacy of opposing religion.

Christianity is not a religion ( or not supposed to be), it is a way of living. The idea is that people cannot really follow God's directive effectively as their actions keep nipping them farther away from God, so God has to introduce a spiritual upgrade to his laws. Back then in UNIBEN, my girlfriend convinced me to follow her to this man's church. He preaches with so much arrogance, misleading people, twisting the word of God to favour himself.
