Anybody who believes this lie will believe the false story that was once told to us that India hardly compete in football tournaments because they once played Nigeria, and score us around 99 goals to nothing, so they were banned for using 'juju'. When government imported vehicles for political office holders begin arriving the country and you cry out to remind them, they will tell you how the order for those vehicles were made since 3 years ago but the Covid 19 pandemic delayed it's arrival

Let them maintain and account for the ones they have already bought. And the only essential new vehicles that want to buy from henceforth should be indigenously made.

Good step in the right direction. And some were criticizing the Nigeria Economic Sustainability Plan when it was unveiled last week. I know people are not a fan of this government but please let's try and be objective sometimes. Don't just wail for wailing sake.
Because the government is insincere and corruption personified. Did you see the write up? Look at it well. You will find a loophole. That has always been their style of monumental corruption. Create laws and put loopholes inside that give them the opportunity to bastardize the law and make it inefficient. What's the loophole you ask? You can't buy vehicles EXCEPT fire trucks, ambulance, yen yen yen. At the end of the day, these guys will still buy the luxury posh cars they want to buy. On govt paper and docs, they will say they are buying fire trucks and ambulance, but in reality, luxury cars will be shipped in instead. We know as he dey go, no b today goat dey chop yam, ant dey chop sugar, fly dey chop sheet, e don tey. Their way is evil and corruption and they can never stop being corrupt and wicked. During the lockdown, they said flights are banned except essential abi, how many times were they flying up and dan on flights that were nor according to the law, if not that the media exposed some of it, they will continue to pretend. Write essential flights private jet for Minister Fashola on paper, and then fly Naira Marley in real life, write importation of ambulance on govt paper and then import bullet proof rolls royce in real life, na der way be dat grin

Real thieves. As in ehn, Oxford, Cambridge and Webster dictionary should just amend the definitions in their books:

Corruption - Nigeria government
Thieves - Nigerian government
Wickedness - Nigeria government

There's no better definition for those 3 words grin

Re: FG Stops Purchase Of Vehicles by Nobody: 10:35am On Jun 26, 2020
This is coming after they had wasted so much buying luxury cars from overseas. They should rather be working on permanently patronising only made in Nigeria vehicles.
One can be sure even the fire fighting trucks and ambulances will still be imported.
Useless government.
