A telecom company with an office in the Sangotedo Ajah area of Lagos is looking for an online customer service representative.

Job Description/Responsibility


Perform online daily tasks based on assigned work plans.
Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails and chats
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.


Educational Requirements

BSc/BA in relevant discipline

Additional Job Requirements

At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
He/she must be innovative and able to think out of the box.
Must be a decision maker.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
Should reside in Lagos within Ajah, Sangotedo and Awoyaya axis
Must be a female.
