Is it possible to pay for duration of a course in any higher institution in Nigeria?

For instance:

4 years or 3 years course, you pay for the whole 4 years or 3 years at once? Can they accept it? Anyone with such experience?

What if there is strike or anything delay the course or break up or anything? Money gone?

Private institutions do that a lot. You get something like a note for clearance every semester. And may even get paid the excess during final year since their fees aren't that static. Ensure you discuss it with the registrar office. I don't know about public ones nor would I try it. We both know why.
