Hello! I am a naturally very fair person, but for some years now my skin has become bit darkened, due to reasons not certain(probably due to too much exposure to sun). What are the possible ways of restoring this. (without bleaching )?

Get a good body wash,exfoliate your skin with scrub and also body oil..as for body lotion I can't say because I don't use any and am fair in complexion though I used face cream only for glow.

I used all natural black soap my own product,papaya face cream but I don't rub anything on my body because the soap does it work already but I need to know ur complexion before I can recommend a good body oil.you can also check my recent post for evidence n review.

I'm an expert on glow.

If you want to go back to your skin color without side effects or looking like a ghost.

Avoid those skincare sellers on IG that sell halfcaste, Egyptian milk, caramel set, kndian whitening, Arabian whitening, Filipino whitening, thialand whitening, Russian whitening, glutathione and so on. Aviod 7 days or 10 days fast action creams and oils.

Aviod skincare products that dont have ingredients stated on them.

Avoid using tube creams like funcbact A for long periods. They contain steriods which will give you stretchmark and thin your skin

Start wearing sunscreen. Every morning before going out

Exfoilate and use brightening cosmetics. They make your skin radiant.

This will take a while from 3 months to a year, bit if you are disciplined, you will love the results.
