When governors are particular about physical project alone and neglect improving standard of living and welfarism wt meaning policies, it isnt because they love state, their interest is on the kick backs and bribe they recieve frm contractors on each inflated projects. Ganduje and Aregbesola are typical examples. Failure to pay civil servant n retirees their the peanut salary n pension is a failure by any goverment. The failure of aregbesola 8years rule cannot be mend in the next 10years

Are we all civil servants?The best way to develop a government and prepare for the future is to transform the state into production hub. With his tactics the state will be underdeveloped facing high rate of unemployment. Hez not a better man than his predecessor in vision, only that he understood Ibadan politics by sharing the cake for all in terms of salaries and media exaggeration. Tell me one thing or good policy this guy has made.We are not civil servant but live in the state

It seems this one does not have anything more to say than "not your mate". I remember when her father ousted Emir Sanusi, she came online to say the same "my father is not your mate". Perhaps an ill-educated person who cannot seem to string more than a couple of words together. Typical money miss road type Nigerian political class.

On a serious note, I expect and hope that Makinde's achievements totally dwarf whatever Ajimobi accomplished in Oyo State. Would be tough given Covid and smaller federal allocations but if he can pull it off overall the real people (not political jobbermen and opportunists) of Oyo state would be the winners.

I guess, as an inlaw, Fatima is saying all the right things to impress her husband’s family; it is true that love is blind, and Fatima too may also be mentally blind.
FYI: Makinde has only spent less than 2 yrs as the governor of Oyo state, may be it makes sense to give him a chance to first complete cleanup the mess your father in-law left behind before we judge him.

Fatima may also want to focus her attention to her publicly corrupt father who represents everything that is wrong with this country.

Yoruba is a horse anyone from nowhere can walk on and ride as they wish, a people who have placed themselves to be trashed to oblivion.
