It is easy go to their website and click on signup. Input your details and choose your currency. But, make sure you have a valid means of identification like national ID card , or a driving Licence and, a utility bill for verification. You will need a selfie pic of yourself holding your ID close to your face. When your account is verified you can deposit funds into your account with your Nigeria MasterCard and withdraw funds to your Nigeria bank account also.

Yes but only when the sender has a skrill account. You receive money with your skrill email address just like PayPal. As for the ID can't really tell I verified mine with a driving licence . Nevertheless, you can give it a try and they will notify you if your verification document was accepted or not.

I got an email from skrill that my account has been permanently closed after I submitted a proof of address for verification.

Don't put money if it is not verified otherwise, they may close the account. They are very strict with verification & KYC.

Note that Skrill & Neteller are member of Paysafe Group

If you put any money into that skrill account you can't withdraw it until you verify your account. Skrill and neteller no dey play with verification oo!!

Once u put above $100 the will block the account till u verify it and the don't accept national i card slip or voters card best is international passport or national i.d card
