We are currently recruiting for the positions below: 1. Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD( Most preferable Female) Location: Abuja, Nigeria Employment : Full - Time Salary: Attractive Job Description Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Organising events and conferences. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Managing databases and filing systems. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Collating and filing expenses. Conducting research on behalf of the manager. Organising the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare. Job Requirements * Must be a graduate of OND | HND | BSC. In any relevant field. A master degree will be an added advantage * Proficiency in Ms - word, Ms - excel, Power point * Must be smart, hardworking and ready to work under pressure * Must have good communication skills * Creative and Innovations * Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience 2.
