Nengipee integrated services limited is an indigenous oil and gas servicing firm which specialized on oil and gas industry drilling and well services, civil works, vessel / tank inspection, clearing and calibrating, labour supply, import transportation, hiring, dredging services, pipe laying, procurement, surface studies, well engineering and presentation, project management and logistics, contracting consultancy, BoTm, investment and general contracts.
We are currently recruiting for the positions below:
1. Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD( Most preferable Female)
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Employment : Full - Time
Salary: Attractive

Job Description
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organising events and conferences.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Collating and filing expenses.
Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
Organising the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.

Job Requirements
* Must be a graduate of OND | HND | BSC. In any relevant field. A master degree will be an added advantage
* Proficiency in Ms - word, Ms - excel, Power point
* Must be smart, hardworking and ready to work under pressure
* Must have good communication skills
* Creative and Innovations
* Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience

2. Job Title: Office Secretary. (Most Preferable Female)
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Employment : Full - Time
Salary : Attractive
