Maybe the reason why you aren't getting any answers is because you need to be specific. Like what type of phone, maker of phone, model of phone with the name of Bluetooth speaker you are trying to connect.

I am able to send FM radio from a Nokia to my wireless headset. what I do is connect and wired headset to the phone Nokia phone so as to receive FM signal. The phone is also connected to my wireless headset through Bluetooth. So every sound from the phone is playing on my wireless headset.

Thank you for your reply though I asked this question about 8 years ago. During the time,my research proved it wasn't possible due to the fact that manufacturers used the same radio device for both FM radio and Bluetooth, hence you can't use the two functions the same time.

It was working in older Android devices. Modern devices don't support this function.
