Oyinbo dey always over do their own things... I have seen someone tattooed his eye balls! His damn eye balls! sounds impossible? it's called "Scleral tattooing"... Though the process is different from the traditional tattooing, no tattoo pen or "direct" piercing required. the ink is injected between the two outter layers of the eyes... not in the tissue.. making the white area of the eyes appear dark... smh!
