Take this seriously, dreams are powerful, continue to pray about it, dont engage in sex with her, God speaks my brother.
Also concerning the first lady, pray about her, maybe you prefer the second lady because of her physical attributes hence, you find faults with her. People will tell you not to listen to Pastors, but when they have issues, they go behind to seek divine assistance. Be wise.

Not necessarily bro, sometimes its just better to stay off and see how things play out.

Some dreams are direct warnings that the only remedy is to stay off
Some dreams are also shown to you of things that will happen but you can use prayer to avert them.

But for me oo, marriage is too delicate for this I can pray it off. That dream is too direct Its like you don't understand the implication of your supposed wife just leaving you abruptly after sometime and not finding her again. It could mean any thing (maybe even death) would take her from you suddenly .

God speaks to us through dreams, don't despise visions and dreams. I think Option 2 is your own choice and who you will rather go for than option 1.
There's a thing people do, they take 3 or 4 names to a pastor and ask him to choose. The spirit of discernment in that pastor will pick the best option in the list but the best in that list may not be the will of God for you.
There is Perfect will, there's also permissive will. Perfect will is God's will for you, Permissive will is God allowing you to choose your will instead of his own will.
Perfect will may not be to your taste in the beginning but later in life, you'll see everything work out best for you. Permissive will is your choice and midway, things may not get rosy but there'll be grace to help you cope.

Back to the 2 ladies, the will of God will always give you peace of mind. If God is pointing you to lady 1, pray and ask God to change her character and have a good talk with her, find out what she doesn't like about you and tell her what you don't like too.

Lastly be patient, don't expect a new woman overnight but be patient with her and appreciate the efforts she's making to change.

Its wrong to depend on another man to make life decisions even if he is a pastor I believe God can speak to us all somehow

The dream can mean anything, e.g she might be pretending right now to be in your good book in order to get married, and later on, when the going is good and things becomes bad all of a sudden, the mask will fall off, and after so many evils, she will up and leave,

And for your first gf, you both may not see eye to eye because you are currently not on same page, that doesnt mean she still doesnt love you and want to be with you, she just can't hide who she is, and this may be heavens way of telling you to be patient and not get married in a hurry to the 2nd, just wait patiently and pray, who knows, fate may bring you and your first together.
