My top 3 apps are
1.Canva: I love this app so much! I can quickly design and create a carousel for my Instagram page. No need for Photoshop etc.

2. Toggle! I use toggle for time tracking as I run a concierge and errand services for busy professionals and I charge per hour so, the toggle is basically the best app to track my time and it's free! No subscription or whatsoever.


3.WAVE: I send an invoice to my clients with this App and you can actually store your customers and clients details in this app. No need for saving and then forwarding it to their mail.
You can send it directly from the app.

My Blog: My blog is my online shop and it is available 24/7 even when I am sleeping. I write an article that I know my audience will search for Google. Once my customer gets to my website, there are marketing pixels that I can use to retarget them, optin forms for them to enter their emails if they want to hear more from me and sometimes a digital product, they can pay for and download instantly.

Convertkit: I use this to send personalised emails to my customers. Not all customers are the same, with this email marketing software, I can send emails to the different segments of customers on my email list.

For example, I can send emails to only customers who have bought a particular item from me before.

Hub spot CRM: I use this to keep my customer's contact details and track the emails I send to them.

Zapier: The maddest of them all. Zapier is the swiss knife of automation. When I save a contact on my phone, Zapier sends the contact details to Hubspot CRM and convertkit.

Google Suite: I use this for my professional email.

Rescue time: I use this to track my time online.

Any.do: I use this to schedule my activities although most times, I end up not following the schedule
