Dubai has done a lot of good to their own city, their own people and their own country....YES!

Nigerians have done more harm than good internationally. From Africa to Asia, to Europe, to Canada, to Australia and to America, we always stand out among stubborn criminals. Not just UAE

thats a damn lie.... Nigerians are doing more good than harm abroad....sadly, they dont write in the news about what all the law abiding great Nigerians out there are doing, they only report the criminal elements... but that doesnt mean that this is what the majority of Nigerians are doing.

The overwhelming majority can't be criminals but that doesn't mean we are not disgracing this country. Ask yourself why in every country, Nigerians always stand out as fraudsters. The whole world can't hate Nigerians at the same time. Even those of us that stay here frequently flood people's emails with "Nigerian Prince" stories.

Also, I dare any nairalander to tell me that no one has ever received a message telling him to do Bla Bla Bla and update his ATM. Nigeria needs a drastic brutal solution if we want to stop being discriminated. PayPal, fiverr, dating sites, hundreds of business sites are constantly banning and restricting Nigerians. According to a woman I fought with on CNNs Facebook page, she dissed me by saying that every US transaction involving a Nigerian account is automatically red flagged. Its not about Dubai

yes i fully agree that a great deal of Nigerians are doing crimes and ruining the reputation of Nigeria abroad... but thats a small group and certainly NOT what the majority of Nigerians (home or abroad) are doing.

the problem here is that the media/news outlets dont care about the Nigerian doctors and nurses saving people's lives abroad... they dont care about the Nigerian lawyers abroad saving innocent people's lives, nor do they care about the thousands of law abiding Nigerians that are washing dishes and doing cleaning jobs all around the world.... but the minute they will hear some Nigerian defrauded their citizens, thats when they will talk about Nigerians. does that mean that most Nigerian in their country do crime?! absolutely NOT!

the above is the same rubbish about muslims and the "terrorist" stigma...today, everyone abroad will view a muslim as a terrorist, because a few deluded muslim extremists did some shiit.

I totally agree with this. But then Dubai has been attractive to Nigerians for the wrong reasons. Our young ladies go there for prostitution, our celebrities go there for show off. Our politicians steal and go there to spend.. Even The Head of our Eagle Force has been accused of obtaining properties from proceeds of illegal funds. Not to even mention Hushpupi. Dubai looks good from the pictures I've seen but it has done more harm than good to Nigeria.
