I will appreciate it if someone here can help with full information (based on experience) on how to set up a cyber cafe with just 10 laptops. I also want to know if it is possible to be earning some little profit for fueling and maintenance.

NB: I want to open the business just to get busy.

Cyber cafe? That's the worst business to dive in right now.
Average Nigerians have access to a laptop, cheap data, our phones now comes with camscanner. The only thing an average Nigeria does not have and that a cafe offer is a printer. Whereas come to my area, A4 printing is 5 naira and a photocopy is 2 naira.

If you really wanna get busy, a Cyber cafe is not the best option. You'd just sit from morning to night attending to scanty customers.

Instead of starting a cyber cafe business with 10 laptops, use it to open a bet9ja shop. It's very lucrative and will keep you very busy. Just find a open location and you're ready to go.

Cyber cafe? Please don't.
Cyber cafe is no 4 on the businesses that would go extinct in the next 5 years.

I can see that you're really want to go into business but I wouldn't say that the idea of setting up a cyber-cafe is totally unprofitable kind of business like some folks whose comments above tried to paint it so bad. What I'll say is that you may actually start it with just about 4 Desktop PC's max (drop your idea of using Laptops except your own location is a very high-brow area which of course people residing/running business in such place wouldn't have much need for cyber-cafe services.)

Well, let me tell you this; Frankly speaking, with any amount of capital you may have with you already, you can increased it in multiple fold by going into the Telecom business/services sector.

Do you even realize that all major banks commercial Banks in the country have been raking millions of Naira by delving into this business sector aside from their normal banking services which they're primarily licensed to be offering to people?

OP it seems you are in need of viable business ideas.

Cybercafe biz will only work in UNI environment far from a metropolis like those polys in rural or semi rural areas.

But I have a suggestion if you are looking for a viable business to do that requires small start up capital.

It is OK grade aa products. They sell fast, have good profit margin, require little start up capital and you can grow your biz fast.
