Good day. Please I need assistant with connecting a new wireless pad I bought to my laptop for gaming. I have tried using Bluetooth but when I search for new device, my laptop doesn't see the device. Please any suggestion, help or tutorial on how to connect. Note: When I opened it, there was no small Bluetooth device in the pack. Thank you
