The prayer has obligatory pillars which must be fulfilled for its validity and these are the 14 must-do things during salat which is as follows:

1. Al-Qiyaam - prayer is to be performed in a standing position if a person is physically capable.

2. Takbeerat-ul-Ihraam, that is saying “ALLAHU AKBAR”, at the commencement of the prayer.

3. Al-Fatihah – The recital of the opening chapter of the Holy Quran in every Raka’a.

4. Rukuu’ - this is the bowing posture wherein the head and back are positioned on the same level and both hands are rested on the knees with the fingers spread apart.

5. Raising up from rukuu’ position.

6. It is required to stand up from the rukuu’ position in such a way that the person feels that all his/her backbones are straightened.

7. Sujuud - Prostrating oneself in such a way that the following seven parts of the body are firmly placed on the ground. i.e. forehead together with the tip of the nose, both palms, both knees, the bottom surface of toes of both feet.

8. Raising the head from the Sujuud position.

9. It is required to sit upright during the pause between the two prostrations.

10. Taking a sitting position for the recitation of
“At-Tashahud” .

11. Recitation of “At-Tashahud” - words of witness.

12. Reciting the words of supplication for the Prophet (Peace be upon him)

13. Conclude the prayer with the words of peace
“Tasleem”. i.e. “Assalamu Aleykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuhu.”

14. While fulfilling the above pillars of salaat, the person should be in a state of tranquillity.

The aforementioned factors are the pillars of the prayer, wherein if any of them is missed, it is required to repeat the whole Raka’ah (Unit) in which the pillar was omitted.

But if the Takbeerat-ul-Ihraam - (the first Takbeer that initiates you to the prayer), is omitted, then it becomes necessary to repeat the whole salaat.

If you like, develop hunchback while praying. As long as your heart is full of evil and deceit, God will never answer your prayers

If the Quran is the word of Allah without any human input, who was Allah praying to in Sura al-fatiha?

The opening was not preceded by "say" or "recite" which means it was a direct speech of Allah.

Who was Allah praying too?

Al-Fātiḥah (Arabic: الْفَاتِحَة‎, "The Opening" or "The Opener"wink is the first chapter (sūrah) of the Quran. Its seven verses (āyāt) are a prayer for the guidance, lordship, and mercy of God.[1] This chapter has an essential role in Islamic prayer (salāt). The primary literal meaning of the expression "al-Fātiḥah" is "The Opener," which could refer to this Surah being "the opener of the Book" (Fātiḥat al-kitāb), to its being the first Surah recited in full in every prayer cycle (rakʿah), or to the manner in which it serves as an opening for many functions in everyday Islamic life. Some Muslims interpret it as a reference to an implied ability of the Surah to open a person to faith in God.

It's Allah SWT guidance to we the Muslims, those verses are what we say to in each rakat of prayer to glorify his name...like the beginning of suratul fatiha which Bismillahi rahmanu Rahim which means "in the name of Allah the most gracious the most merciful....
Al fatiha serve as guidance and it's also a prayer to Allah SWT....

Allah was not praying in Suratul Fatiha. Saying Allah was praying is blasphemy .Allah is all sufficient and merciful. Just like other verses, Suratul Fatiha is one of the verses in the holy Qur'an but must be read in every rakah(unit of prayer) of salat.

If Allah was not the one speaking in that Sura, who was?

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
"It is You we worship and You we ask for help."
(QS. Al-Faatiha 1: Verse 5)

So Allah is worshiping himself and seeking help from himself right?

Are u this dumb! There are many places where Qur'an says Alhamdulillah.... and words like that as if God is speaking to his creator. U said if Qur'an is God's word, who was He praying to? To answer you: Did all those words flew like birds and enter Qur'an by themselves? Was the words not passed through prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and documented as Qur'an? Prophet was tot how to pray to His creator by his creator (Allah) and u are saying Allah was praying to someone.

All words in Qur'an are Allah's through his servant and messenger on different perspectives. Some are how to pray to him, some history, some how to worship him etc.

Who was Allah praying too? You simply lack knowledge of what the surah means. Allah is not praying to any one, we're the one praying and seeking his guidance. The meaning is as follows:All praise and thanks be to Allah the lord of mankind, jinn and all that exist.
Most gracious
Most merciful
guide us to the straight path
The path of those on whom you have bestowed your grace not of those who earn your anger nor of those who went astray.
