Of course, it is. More than 95% of advertised insurance vacancies are for marketing positions. They only change the job title to mislead unsuspecting applicants. The non-marketing jobs are usually reserved for their children and relatives. I think Nigerians are the cause. If everyone has the same mindset I have, they will never get people to fill those positions. Same goes for private school teaching. Instead of me to earn 10 or 20k teaching in a private primary or secondary school, I will take 3 to 4 pupils or students on home lesson at N5,000 each per month.
