Clarionttech Services (CT) is recruiting for full time Content Developer.

Clarionttech Services (CT) is Nigeria’s leading human capital management firm operating in all geographical regions of Nigeria and Accra Ghana with the aim of bridging the structural gap between the workforce and corporate organizations through its training, recruitment and HR Outsourcing services.

Responsibilities
- Research industry-related topics and produce relevant content for publication
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content and follow an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of contents
- Creatively write clear marketing copy using industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to promote company’s services
- Communicate and cooperate with design team to illustrate contents
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results and increase web traffic
- Monitor and analyze the performance of KPIs to offer suggestions for improvement
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
- Promote content on different social media platforms and update website content as needed
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content, recommend and develop new topics
- Ensure exhaustive consistency in style, fonts, images and tone

Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 2
Minimum Qualification: BSc

Other Requirements
- Proven record of excellent content writing and copywriting demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Understanding of search engine optimization best practices
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as with team
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Web-related Marketing and development skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication – digital, writing and verbal skills
- Good eye for detail and quality assurance
