Please advise me......I have a piece of land measuring 50 x 100 with a building on it at roofing level In Benin city

I have been contemplating if I should sell it and start a business in Benin city, is it advisable considering the present economy ?

I have a family, A wife and daughter, I actually wanted to sell it and start a business for my wife because she earns salary and I don’t like it ‘Monkey Dey work baboon Dey chop’

The business she has in mind is selling foodstuffs or wholesale recharge cards

Please I need your candid advice, should I sell it and start a business or I should leave the building?

For clarity and understanding, I do online business which is not really very profitable

As it stands now in Nigeria, the chances of start up business to grow here is becoming slim day by day

Having to start a buka business or selling food items can begin with a premium of N250k..... If you have a job that you are doing..... You could begin to save up for it.....
