Greetings to all the doctors in the house, please I need you guys to help with a solution to my health problem.

For some months now my stomach will be hurting me like there is fire or pepper inside and it only happens whenever I want to sleep in the middle of the night, when it's afternoon I will be normal nothing will happened.

Recently the pain has moved to my bladder, private part and round my waist... The thing go just they pepper me like say they are burning fire in my body... Somebody once told me that its too much of sugar that cause it, I don't know if it's true

please what can you guys prescribe for me, thanks in advance
