Igbos are Yoruba great grand children. Please be gentle with them. Eventually, in about 2000 years their accomplishment will come closer to what Yorubas have already achieved. Yorubas will continue to encourage, protect and support Igbos our great grand children.

It will take the Igbos 1000 years to compose a list that will measure up to what the Yorubas have achieved. So if you are waiting for the list, una go wait tire.

But these great grand children are bunch of ungrateful souls, they have no iota of respect for their elders.

In one word (amidst your sense in places) how does illorin, Fulani and the topic correlate. If you're short of words I advise you go back to your holes.

Igbos and inferiority complex are Siamese twins!! I can bet,70% of the people on this list are not known in their neighborhood talk less of being a star, you just came here to post random names when you are not an INEC official that wants to rig an election. Like I always say, yorubas are not your mates in any field of human endeavor.......hundreds of years before the monkey became domesticated, the dog has been sharing shelter with humans.
Shut the fvck up u ignoramus. Carefully Google each of the name and see if they're not making waves. Tribalist idiot. Mtcheeew

Damn!!! How did I even forget Bambi.
Bro, posting this on this tribalist filled thread is not good.
The ones you've posted is enough to create a new thread and tag it "50 Hollywood/European Superstars that are of Igbo Ancestry".
It's time to shut this Yoruba peeps and tell them that they're not the only tribe in Nigeria. And that we are capable of a pain inflicting counterattack. It seems so silly to compare Igbo to Yoruba by the way. What about that guy (Phillip Emefiele) who developed one of the fastest supercomputers? Pls do well to add him to the new thread you'll be creating.
Thank you.

You are a LIAR!

Daniel Lebern Glover is not Igbo. His both parents and Grandparents are non-Igbos. They are even non-Nigerians!
He's Igbo. DNA Testing and Ancestry Tracing shows he's from Igbo. Just as the guy who acted Black Panther underwent DNA testing and said he was Yoruba, so did Donald Glover AKA Childish Gambino.

It seems to me you people lack comprehension or you are just ignorant. What's so hard to understand here? Create a topic and list 50 Hollywood/European Stars That Were Igbo, not all these mushroom names that are only known in their backyard.

Yoruba Grammy – 20

Igbo – 1

Lol. Why should the Yoruba bother about an employee of MTV when we have built TV that took over the Nigerian market already with reputable awards.

The Yorubas own:
Tajudeen adepetu-CMA Group
-SoundcityTV
-Soundcity FM
-ONTV, ONMax
-Televista Movies, Spice TV, Village Square,
-Trybe TV
-Urban96,
-Access24

Ayo animashaun
-Organizers of Headies
-HIP TV
-hip-hop world magazine

Mind you, MTV will definitely come to Africa coz they are establishing platform in each continent and normally they will launch in Africa so stop making it a big deal. Below is how MTV started establishing their platform across continent.

If I have to Google most of their names to know who they are, then they are not popular. It's like saying I should Google Wizkid or Davido's name to know who they are, I mean they are famous so why the hell will I start searching Google to know them?

I don't have to Google Sade Adu, Seal, David Oyelowo, John Boyega, Rotimi, Agbaje, Sikiru Adepoju, Kelvin Olusola, Lekan Babalola and co. to know who they are because they are legends.

Be truthful to yourself, even you don't know these Igbo people he listed.
