The first fruit law is defined as part of the Constitution God created for His people, Israel(The old Covenant).

In the New constitution/Covenant that is Jesus Christ for those who are for the Kingdom of Heaven, there are no rules on first fruits and of course no blessings associated. What is encouraged are works of righteousness(daily) as defined in Matthew 25 vs 31 - 40. Only those who do works of righteousness as followers of Jesus Christ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
