Glad to know that there are vacancies available for maids, housekeepers and nannies. Such opportunities are giving a lot of woman a real source to work and earn money to keep up with their family needs. Here I'm giving training to ladies from different African countries and they are good at doing various household chores. The way I give them Pediatric First Aid Training or basic housekeeping tips and tricks, they are following it exactly the way I have instructed.

My advise to you is that, please ask your maid or nanny well about what she already knows. If she is missing something in taking care of the kids, you have to make it understand to her to help her care your children the best way possible.
