Please someone should help me with this, I have two Facebook accounts, So you know mistakes happen I said what I wasn't supposed to say which made Facebook to restrict me from commenting and posting for 7 days.
But what surprised me was when i logged into my other account, I wasn't able to comment or post their too.

It's either you use the two-way login feature or your IP Address is logged in recurringly, which enables Facebook to assume you operate both accounts and placed a ban on the parent account (which the sub-accounts may also suffer from). It's clear you spammed.

Alright but is there a way I can try to separate the account after I might have served the ban to prevent the same thing from reoccurring again in the future

Stop using the two-way log-in feature and stop spamming because you are already monitored.
