Poor Leadership Insight, Fraudulent Conducts And Disrespect For Ndigbo Warrant by onochurch(f): 6:14pm On Jul 23, 2020
POOR LEADERSHIP INSIGHT, FRAUDULENT CONDUCTS AND DISRESPECT FOR NDIGBO WARRANTED CHIEF JOHN UCHE'S IMPEACHMENT.

@VONNEWS

The impeachment and outsting of Chief John Uche, the former Lagos State council chairman,Ohaneze Ndigbo resulted from his Inability to dispense Leadership, fraudulent ways and gross misconduct and disrespect for Ndigbo.

According to information contained in the press release issued to journalist in Lagos to uravel the mystery behind the travails of the embattled and stacked past Ohaneze chairman, Chief John Uche was a leader who converted the Ohaneze to his enterprise and violated all organisational modus operandi for his personal aggrandisement .

Part of the release stated that the final removal from of Chief John Uche, by the Mkpuke committee of Ohaneze worldwide resulted from several petitions against his (Chief John Uche's) gross misconducts. And part of the petition of the Igbo forum Dockworkers Union if not properly Checked is most likely to put the good name of Ohaneze into a mess.

"John Uche is a man of questionable background, a criminal and one of the '419' kingpins in Lagos. It is because of the business of '419' is no longer paying that this man is trying to hijack Ohaneze in Lagos State at all cost...."

Some other complaints of Ndigbo against this disowned Chief is that he usurped the office of the secretary and prepared correspondence,press material, granted press interviews arbitrarily and preferred a market place atmosphere (the national stadium) as a convergence place, even when a well meaning Igbo man offered ohaneze and office space at maye St yaba.

Due to multiple complaints emanating from quarters of displeased Ndigbo who worried how image of Ohaneze is being affected by the recalcitrant ousted Chief John,the elders council of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos State rose in reaction, having viewed for years,the unpleasant ways of John Uche and embarrassing impacts on the pan igbos body in Lagos State, especially as it is forging ahead beautifully under the presidency of Chief Solomon ogbonna(aguene) , took a huge step as Igbo patriotis and banished or excommunicated John Uche form all activities that concern Ohaneze.

The elders submitted that the leadership of Solomon ogbonna has given Ndigbo a clear voice in Lagos State that is personal touch to the lives of Ndigbo in Lagos Stated is presently second to none;that it is unnecessary to join issues bordering on blackmail and distraction by a set of disgruntled person(s).

In a communique issued by the elders council recently announcing the excommunication, Chief John Uche was described as a chief mischief maker who claimed to be the founder of Ohaneze Ndigbo Lagos State but was never;
He was also presented as one arstwhile chairman (not president) linked extortion indiscriminate installation of kingship/Eze in Lagos State embezzlement of Ohaneze funds, other questionable conducts, immorality, Atrocious - Abominable, unspeakable and Adulterous behavior with Ohaneze married woman; sabotage of Igbo agenda, among others.
