currently we develop in java, but not using oracle.
And we don't move from our office, except its a financially very big project

i can develop a software that can only generate random phone numbers . some will be valid and others not valid. to generate valid ones, you'll have to pay for it.

1 the program would have an interface , split into two. a small one and a big one

2 the small interface would contain table of contents e.g topics and subtopics that can be clicked on

3 the big interface would play a recorded video file when the appropriate topic or subtopic is clicked in the small interface and it would have the option of play, stop , fast forward, rewind and enlarge(full screen) and next

what device and or platform will this run on?
wher will the videos be stored, local or remote?

it will run on windows os from win xp to win7/8, if possible linux,

the data will be stored locally, probably integrated into the application
