1.Front Desk Officer:

Applicant should possess the following attributes:

Effective Communication skills (Oral and Written)
Professional and neat appearance
Courteous, Civil and Decent
Very good interpersonal skills
Organized and detail oriented
Calm and composed whilst multitasking
Integrity and high moral standards required
Ability to work in teams and independently

Educational Requirements:

Minimum of first degree in any field
Must be computer literate
A second international language is an advantage
Knowledge of the workings of new media is an advantage.

Job Requirements:

Visitor tagging and welcome
Respond to emails and handle live chats
Provide clerical support
Maintain schedules/Calendar Management.
Support with logistics arrangements
Receive, manage and despatch correspondences
