No, not the King Kong sized Gorilla but an average silver back male.
Still, going one-on-one with a gorilla shouldn’t be in your bucket list. we
You have to do a lot to get a silver back gorilla really upset. They may seem intimidating but they are actually cool vegetarians. But have you succeeded in taunting a one? Cool. Here is what lies ahead of you.

I assumed you’re not the world’s strongest man, Hafthor Björnsson and also you do not deliver the world’s heaviest punches like Mike Tyson and right before you is an aggressive silver back gorilla.
Chances of the bad boy tearing you apart is high, very high but not 100% because you’re not just going to sit and let it maul you of course.

A silver back gorilla is the champion of the primates; without doubt it is among the strongest animals on earth. In numerous occasions, it was caught on tape uprooting a banana tree with a single hand (I doubt Hafthor can do that). It was also seen breaking bamboo cane (though it chews through the cane to weaken it) and cracking a tempered glass in a zoo in Omaha. But what harm can it inflict on you?

Let’s analyze what lies ahead of you.

Adult male silver back weighs around 160kg which is very huge when compared to the global average human body weight of 62kg. With an average height of 1.6m and arm span of approx. 2.4m, the gorilla’s arms have an excellent reach, and the arms are very vital in its self-defense. The arms are inarguably the strongest among the whole primates and considering the fact that they walk on their knuckles, they have the ability to deliver blows with both the arms and legs.

1042lb (472kg) is the human lifting record which was set by Hafthor. On the other hand, an average gorilla can lift 1797lb (815kg) of dead weight, which is almost twice the human lifting capacity. That’s lifting capacity. In terms of strength, the average gorilla is 4-9 times stronger than the average man and 2-2.5 times stronger than a well-trained fighter.
An agitated gorilla will charge toward anything. It uses one of its arms to absorb incoming strikes and use the other arm to deliver a strike. As strong as human arms may seem to be, gorilla arms are approximately 2.55-times stronger than human arms. With a single strike, the gorilla can break the spine of a crocodile, leopard or man. An MMA Heavyweight Champion may be have all the necessary skills to take on a fight but a gorilla fights with the law of the jungle, fight till death (or until the loser finds a way to escape).

Now about the fangs.

Though gorillas do not bite with the most psi, the bite is well more than enough to crush your bone. A leopard bite with approx. 470psi, a great white shark with 525psi, a lion with 650psi while the gorilla will bite with force between 1000-1400psi, that’s more than twice the bite force of the leopard.

To smell victory, It will take at least 10 average Joes to put up a good fight with the great ape while you’ll need at least 3 well-trained fighters, that’s if they’re all willing to make the sacrifice.

With no any form of training whatsoever, the gorilla achieved all that strength by eating fruits, veggies and sitting like a pile of nothing.
